The Romanian Google and Yahoo DNS was on Wednesday hijacked by an Algerian hacker, redirecting the users to a defaced website page. An Algerian hacker by the name, MCA-CRB took credit for the attack. MCA-CRB is a popular online graffiti artist who has defaced at least 5,000 sites, according to records kept by Zone-H.
“When we heard about this incident, we were pretty skeptical about the attack. A site such as Google’s can be theoretically hacked, but it is very unlikely. Then we noticed that both domains were directed to an IP address in the Netherlands […], so it seemed more like a DNS poisoning attack,” said Stefan Tanase from Kaspersky Lab Romania.

Citizens not Captured in 2016 Nigerian Census may Lose Their Citizenship
The chairman of the National Population Commission (NPC), Mr. Festus Odimegwu in a controversial statement said that any Nigerian who is not captured in the 2016 National Census will not be recognised as a Nigerian after the exercise. He also added that Religion and Ethnicity which were excluded from the previous demographic surveys will be included in the 2016 National Census. Mr. Odimegwu who spoke at the Second National Family Planning Conference in Abuja equally stated that the National Population Commission would resort to sale of data to the private sector should the Government fail to provide the over N600 Billion required for the exercise which would capture Biometric Data for over five years. He argued that the high population of Nigeria is an asset rather than a liability and that capturing adequate data and biometric information of the citizens would help in national planning including healthcare delivery, education, security and the economy. It would be recalled that Nigeria had her last National Census in 2006. The census which is done in decades is expected in 2016 by the National Population Commission (NPC), the agency entrusted with that responsibility.

Body of Yasser Arafat Exhumed for Poison Tests
The search for what actually led to the death of the former Palestine Liberation Organisation leader, Yasser Arafat has led to his body being exhumed for tests to see if his 2004 death was as a result of poisoning.
The tests will hopefully clear some doubts whether Arafat's death eight years ago was as a result of poisoning by the radioactive element polonium. The Palestinian authorities insist that Israel is behind any poisoning of Yasser Arafat. The Israeli authorities on the other hand has refused comments on the allegation.
Forensic experts from Russia, France and Switzerland took their own samples for independent analysis.
The new investigation into the death of Arafat started earlier this year after Palestinian authorites said high levels of the radioactive substance, polonium were found on Arafat's personal belongings.

The sad event took place when the first set of worshippers were about to depart after the first Sunday service. The attack was purportedly aimed at the unsuspecting worshippers as they were coming out of the church. It was gathered that the vehicles were driven into the military cantonment through the bush thereby circumventing the various military checkpoints on the way that leads to the cantonment and then the church.
The main building of the church was not affected but a few people died and many were also injured.
